Zur Verfügung stehen: Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer, sowie ein sehr großer Balkon mit perfektem Blick über auf das Ulmer Münster und auf Ulm.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und ist mit bretonischen Antikmöbeln von 1885 ausgestattet. Der zentrale Lebensraum ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Küche ist integriert und verfügt über einen 3 Platten Herd, einen hohen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffee Nespresso Maschine, Spülmaschine sowie Geschirr und Kochtöpfe. Ein großer Edelstahltisch lädt zum Arbeiten ein. Der Schlafbereich ist mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet.
