Nice hotel with good parking facilities

Once you've found it, it's a nice hotel in a good, quiet location right in the centre. Cozy room, in term of cleanlines is still room for improvement. We had no problems with the much-described car lift, works well.

Would recomend and would come back!

Fantastic location, new, quiet, friendy stuff... If I ever return to Ulm I would look up for this hotel again. Only thing I noticed that it wasn't that great is breakfast. We didn't pay for breakfast but for what i saw its not value for money and defintely not for a 4 star hotel. Room was great, bed also, shower... and perfectly clean from bathroom to bed.

The hotel room was great. Very nice size, modern, and clean. The only problem we had was finding the hotel since it isn't like a typical hotel in Germany. The front door is just like a little shop window and the rooms are in other buildings behind it so it was hard to find. Other than that, the hotel was great. The hotel staff at the desk spoke English well enough too.

The room is not in the reception building. The bathroom lacks a trash can and the soap container is missing. For breakfast you have to go to the reception building and the breakfast is simple and cheap which does not justify the price. The location of the hotel is very good.

I had never booked a boutique hotel before. But now I ask myself, what makes a boutique hotel better or what is different? Centimeters of thick dust under the bed, is this a boutique hotel? Broken shower hose, is this boutique hotel? Or flickering bathroom light, is this a boutique hotel? What I'm also wondering is whether this "hotel" had a rating of 8.6.... Guys if this hotel is 8.6 then I don't want to see 8.5

Spacious, comfortable, and stylish rooms with a spectacular view. The hotel is well located to explore Ulm on foot, but at the edge of the old town so it’s still easy to drive. The only negative was how warm and humid the room felt. It was early May and cold enough outside to need long sleeves and a light jacket, so wasn’t a summer heat issue. We opened the windows when possible to let in some cool air, but it only helped temporarily. We also never used the shower, so it wasn’t trapped humidity. Otherwise, we loved our stay! If we’re ever in Ulm again, we would stay again.

We chose the hotel for a stopover on the way to Austria. We got a nice, modern and large room in the next wing. It was right next door, just through the courtyard and then up in the elevator. A bit dark but that's how modern it is these days. We missed nothing. It was a hot summer day, so we had a small fan in the room as the air conditioning didn't quite manage to cool the room properly. Otherwise everything was great. Super central in the city and quick access to the Donau (River). Many restaurants nearby. You have to enter the address in the navigation system to see the hotel, a slightly larger signage might be helpful. We didn't use the underground parking garage as we were there on a Sunday and could park for free in the residential area (5 minutes away). Highly recommended for a city trip or overnight stay!

Das Hotel liegt ganz wunderbar in der Innenstadt. Wir waren im Sommer vor Ort und es war sehr heiß draußen. Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und hatte leider keine Klimaanlage. Dies führte dazu, dass sich das Zimmer sehr aufheizte und wir nicht gut geschlafen haben. Die Ausstattung war neu und modern. Das Zimmer sauber. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht und wurde auch nicht ausgetauscht. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht.
