The area is new. Access to Ulsan KTX station was only a 10 min walk.

울산역 근처의 숙소를 찾는 중 이곳을 예약했습니다. 깨끗하고 푸근한 침구와 친절한 사장님 덕분에 편히 쉬었습니다. 아침식사 대신 3천원 쿠폰 제공해주셨는데, 숙소 바로 앞 이마트24에서 간단히 아침식사 했습니다.

숙박은 굿!

숙박 자체는 좋았음. 그런데 울산역 주변이 아직 미개발 상태라서 편의점, 식당이 없어서 불편했음. 가장 가까운 편의점은 울산역 내에 있는 storyway 이고 식당은 버스타고 울산 시내 또는 언양읍까지 나가야 함. 지금 개발중에 있어 다 개발되고 나면 불편한 점이 없을 것 같음.

울산역에서 5분 거리에 있습니다. 조용하고 깔끔합니다. 조식은 라면, 토스트, 시리얼, 삶은계란 등이 제공됩니다만 먹을 수 있는 장소가 넓지는 않습니다. 비즈니스를 비롯한 가족 1~2박 정도에 괜찮을듯 합니다.

전반적으로 OK

울산KTX역에서 걸어서 10분거리. 러브호텔분위기. 주변이 공사중이라 편의시설은 거의 없음.

가성비좋은 깔끔한 모텔

시설이 깔끔하고 월풀욕조도 있어 너무 좋았답니다. 특히 담배냄새가 나지않아 너무 좋았구요~ 주인분도 굉장히 친절했어요. 저렴한 가격으로 가족끼리 가기에도 전혀 손색이 없었답니다. ^^

울산역 (KTX)에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리. 단, 역 앞 숙소 중에서는 가장 멀리 떨어져 있음. 숙소 3층 식당에서 아침에 컵라면과 토스트를 무료로 제공함. 객실에 컴퓨터, 발마사지 기계 등이 있음. 발마사지를 사용했는데 매우 좋았음. 객실 내 비치된 빗에 머리카락이 뭉쳐 있음. 이를 제외하고 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있어서 만족함.
