There are excellent walking and mountain biking trails from the doorstep around the shores of Coniston Water and surrounding fells. The large garage/barn is ideal for storing your car, bikes and boats, with additional private parking for two cars. Due to the nature of this property and land there are a number of drops within the grounds of about 1.5 metres and so children must be supervised at all times. There is an unfenced stream in the garden. Access to the back garden area, is from steps at the door of the property, not the gate with 'private' written on.
