This cosy and well-located flat is the perfect base for exploring Ulverston, the South Lakes and the stunning nearby coast. Whether you're visiting for leisure or work, you'll feel right at home here.
Perfect for couples, friends or contractors, the space offers a comfortable and convenient stay right in the centre of town.
This light, clean and inviting flat is designed for comfort and practicality. The open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring, with a sofa, dining space, and everything you need to cook a proper meal, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave and air fryer for quick and easy meals.
The bedroom offers a peaceful place to unwind, with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The modern en-suite shower room provides convenience and privacy, and also offers direct access to the private outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a breath of fresh air in the morning or a quiet moment in the evening.
Outside, you’ll find a small private courtyard with seating.
Guests will have access to the whole of the property.
Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
