The living room offers several seating areas, a wood-burning stove and lovingly selected furniture that invite you to spend relaxing evenings.
Step out onto the terrace and let your gaze wander over the Hardangerfjord. The outdoor area is ideal for an al fresco breakfast or quiet hours with a book. Use the balcony for relaxing evenings as the light changes over the fjord.
Take advantage of the nearby fishing spots directly on the Hardangerfjord and go hiking on the easily accessible paths around the fjord. Visit the photography museum The Photographer by the Fjord in the same courtyard and discover historical photographs and film screenings in the cinema hall. Drive to Ulvik, just a few minutes away, with its shops, cafés and harbour. Explore the Hardangerfjord region along the national tourist routes or hire a boat to experience the landscape from the water. In winter, take advantage of the accessible ski resorts for varied excursions.
