The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built villa, only about 200 metres from the sea, and impresses with a balcony with a breathtaking sea view, which invites you to relax.



The accommodation features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with a shower and hydromassage, and an open living area with kitchen, dining and living room. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher and WiFi. The living area also has two sofa beds that provide additional sleeping space. Baby cots are available upon request. Guests have access to a private parking space on the property.
