The quietly located holiday home in Umag is situated on the outskirts of a purely residential area, approximately 1.5 km from the sea and the bathing beach. It comprises two spacious 4-star apartments in the attic for up to 5 persons as well as a small studio on the ground floor. All accommodations are air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, and offer free WiFi access. The approximately 500 m² enclosed property offers lawn areas, play opportunities for children, and space for pets.



The ground floor apartment is approx. 35 m² in size and features a 20 m² terrace with balcony furniture and direct access to the garden.
