Vedrana4 studio apartment is located just 800 m from the center of Umag. It is located on the ground floor of a family house with 4 apartments for rent. It has a covered terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen. The beach easily reachable on foot in a few minutes (distance 1400 m), the Ultra supermarket at 250 m, the closest and cheapest restaurant "Gostionica Koper" at only 250 m. The location is excellent for the proximity of the city and the beaches, or to attend the famous tennis tournament ATP Open Croatia which has been taking place for years in Umag in the Stella Maris area. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) and flat-screen satellite TV, bed linen provided (changed weekly). The outdoor kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with a small freezer area, Mocca, and everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The apartment is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, free parking in the fenced courtyard of the house. There are a garden, a barbecue, and deck chairs.The area of Umag where the apartment is located is convenient for its position, between the city and the seaside areas. It is quiet, however, there are many services nearby such as a bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants. Nearby there are many varieties of pebbly, rocky, and sandy beaches, there is no shortage of pine trees or other vegetation in the vicinity of the beaches to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. In the center of Umag, you can visit the museum, the aquarium, walk along the Umag Dam, wander along the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls on the promenade or take the children to the playground which is located on the seafront. In the vicinity, there are various possibilities for recreation: tennis courts, golf with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the city of artists Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of the white truffle, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the seaside areas PN Brijuni, excursion by boat Fish picnic, trip to Venice, Pola, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave, Aqualandia for children, tastings of wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
