The 45 sqm apartment for 2 + 2 people located on the first floor of a family house where 2 other apartments are rented is located in Valizza, a small village surrounded by greenery just 7 km from the center of Umag.
The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (weekly change), wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The complete bathroom with tub, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The kitchen with a separate dining area is equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooker, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and dining table with 4 chairs. At the end of the corridor the comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table and air conditioner. The living room leads out onto the large covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs with a splendid view of the surrounding garden and woods, ideal for having your morning coffee.
Free Wi-Fi internet access, private parking available in front of the house, available for shared use in the large garden decorated with plants and flowers and the barbecue area.
The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery, the nearest beach is that of the Kanegra tourist village and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag riviera. The beach with gravel and pebbles, with pine trees around to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. The sea in this area is crystal clear. Upon arrival, you will receive a pass to enter Kanegra village and use the village's bathing facilities for free. Come and visit us, we look forward to you. The nearest supermarket is in the tourist village of Kanegra, the restaurant at 200 m, the beach of Kanegra at 1200 m, the center of Umag at 5 km.
In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Vrsar, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
