The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style typical of the region. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (7 km).
