Das Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte und modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Pavillon und Gartenmöbel.

The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
