Bring the whole family to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space for fun and a relaxing holiday. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house with another rental unit. It features a shared barbecue area and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy relaxing moments. Private parking is available within the fully fenced property. The beach can easily be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The new and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and features a large private covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs at the entrance.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop with 4 burners, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, bidet, and toilet. Two bath towels per person are provided.

The apartment offers one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables with night lamps, and a large wardrobe. The living area features a dining table with 4 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, coffee table, sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air thanks to the surrounding pine forests, nature, and tranquility.

The beach is only 450 m away, while the bakery, fruit shop, and café are 800 m away. The nearest restaurant is 200 m away, and the gas station is 200 m away. The golf course is 4 km away, and the tennis courts are 1 km away.

The center of Umag is 7 km away. In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, aquarium, and cathedral. A walk along the famous Umag Breakwater ("Diga") is highly recommended, as well as exploring the narrow and charming streets of Umag's old town, visiting the newly renovated square adorned with a fountain, shopping in the town center, or enjoying the waterfront market stalls and children's playground.

For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, riding centers, water sports facilities where you can enjoy water skiing, diving, and boat rentals, the Jangalooz adventure park and mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat and bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, traditional eateries, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days when the beach is not an option or for evening outings, we recommend unforgettable excursions into the inland region. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan features a beautiful terrace offering magnificent views over the Mirna River Valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town known for its film festival, held annually at the end of July. Livade is famous for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts who wish to admire the sky and stars can visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, located 30 km from Umag, by appointment. Cave lovers should visit the wonderful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, located just 60 km away. The coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also worth exploring, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can be visited through organized excursions.
