The house is located in the village of Valica just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property, ideal for families with children or pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is easily reachable on foot (1800 m), near the cycling track La Parenzana for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes drive excellent restaurants offering excellent typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the city of Umag and the market.
The apartment for couples with private entrance and balcony on the first floor of the house offers the living area with hob equipped with 2 electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
