In the district of Bašanija 6 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 300 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 7 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Der beheizbare Pool ist ein Traum. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr empfehlenswert.
