Villa Paradiso is situated in an idyllic location near Umag. This traditional stone house dates back to the 18th century and was completely renovated in 2016. It is part of the Goli Vrh Ranch, which extends over almost 1,000 m² of spectacular grounds. The house will win you over with the warmth of the space, achieved by rustic decor and traditional stone exterior. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.



It has 90 m² of living space and is fully adapted for disabled people, as all the rooms are on the ground floor. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a warm ambience and an open plan space. There is a fully equipped kitchen where preparing meals will be a real pleasure, especially on colder days in front of a cozy fire in the fireplace. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table with 6 chairs, and afterwards you can curl up in the armchairs or sofa in the living room. And relax with pleasant conversations or movie nights. The space is dominated by natural materials - stone walls and exposed wooden ceiling beams - from the original building. All rooms are air-conditioned, with underfloor heating for colder days.



2 bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes for storing personal items. Surrounded only by greenery, a good night's sleep is guaranteed. In addition to the bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and personal hygiene products. 1 of the rooms has an exit to the outdoor terrace with a relaxing area where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
