Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 12.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table tennis, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 1.4 km, sandy beach, pebble beach 800 m.
