The cottage also offers a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, serving its three bedrooms – one light-filled double and a single room on the upper floor and a double on the ground floor.Outside, the peaceful garden and patio area are bordered by the gently flowing stream, providing a perfect spot to relax with a book, enjoy al fresco meals, or simply listen to the sounds of nature.Located just two miles from the small village of Burrington, Marsh Cottage is surrounded by a landscape rich with bridleways and walking tracks, ideal for countryside walks and wildlife spotting.
