Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a stream in the grounds, 400 yards away. The property has a natural water supply from a borehole.. These three holiday cottages are set in a glorious, rural location, adjacent to the owner’s home. A short distance away is South Molton, full of fine Georgian buildings, shops and a market every Thursday and Saturday. Within easy reach is a sandy beach at Instow, and there are sands and surfing waves at Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Visit the market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford, whose quayside offers regular boat crossings to Lundy Isle. To the north lies gorgeous Exmoor National Park, with the famed resorts of Lynton and Lynmouth which are joined by a cliff railway. There are NT properties at Knightshayes Court and Arlington Court. The area offers trips out for the cyclist - follow the Tarka Trail or the coastal path from Barnstaple to Braunton. Hire cycles at Barnstaple or Eggesford. Shop and restaurant 4 miles, pub 2 miles.

The house is lovely. Spacious and well appointed with enough space for the whole family in the living room and at the kitchen table. There is also plenty of parking.

The cottage was spacious and clean.

The cottage was spacious and clean. It was well equipped. The scones on arrival was a lovely surprise and the games room was a bonus. The location was a little remote and there was no reception on our mobiles, having Wi-Fi available would be really useful but it was lovely and quiet and the owners friendly. Overall extremely happy with our holiday.
