Questo casale è completamente ricostruito in stile antico e realizzato in pietra (da qui 'casa pietra'). Si vive nell'appartamento al primo piano (80 m2) con accesso dalla scala esterna coperta da cui si entra nella casa. Vi è una spaziosa zona giorno con divano e grande tavolo da pranzo con sedie e una cucina ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura a 4 fuochi, frigorifero e congelatore). Ci sono 2 camere da letto (2 letti matrimoniali e 1 letto singolo) che condividono un bagno. Il bagno ha una doccia. In totale questo primo piano è adatto per 5. In cima alla scala esterna c'è una spaziosa terrazza con tavolo e sedie che si affaccia sulla valle sottostante.Al piano terra si trova un appartamento più piccolo dove è possibile utilizzare la camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. A perfect country getaway with fantastic views and a large pool

This was a perfect villa and a perfect holiday. Firstly, there are two properties that share the same pool, but don't let that put you off as the two houses are quite a distance apart and the pool is very big. The Villa company were excellent. My point of contact was Saskia and after setting up a WhatsApp chat with her she was on hand to answer any questions we had and to offer advice on where to go etc. Any question we had was answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble for her. The villa itself is set towards the top of a steep road (very well paved) with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. It is split into two separate apartments which was a welcome surprise. downstairs on the ground level has a double room and a large kitchen. There is also a table and chairs outside in the covered arch. Upsatairs is the main house with a lounge, kitchen and two further bedrooms. A car is a must as the local town of Umbertide is about a15 minute drive away and ten minutes of that is on the road from the villa down the hill. Umbertide has a lovely centre with a few nice restaurants and bars. About a 20 minute drive away is the town of Montone. It is beautiful and full of nice restaurants and bars. For us the stunning views from the villa made this holiday special. Thank you Saskia and you team. We look forward to returning. Roy and Alison Fuller. Oxford.

Wonderful

The beautiful old house with terrace and much space and a big garden has a breathtaking view over the umbrian hills. It's quiet, marco and beatrice are very kind and helpful. All beatiful towns and sights are easy to reach

erholsamer Urlaub in schön gelegenem, großzügigem Ferienhaus

Casa Pietra liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel am Rand von Umbertide. Sehr steile Anfahrt, dafür beste Aussicht auf die umbrische Landschaft. Mit dem Auto ist es nur 15 min zur Stadt mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung im 1. Stock, wunderbare Loggia zum Frühstücken und für laue Abende. Als Willkommen hat uns auf dem großen Esstisch eine reich gefüllte Obstschale erwartet - vielen Dank dafür! Eine weitere kleine Wohnung im EG verfügt ebenfalls über einen überdachten Sitzplatz. Das Haus ist halb in den Hang gebaut, daher ist die untere Wohnung etwas dunkler als oben und das Bad lieg innen. Das Haus liegt auf einem riesigen baumbestandenen Grundstück, das man mit der Casa Rosa teilt, aber so groß ist, dass man sich nicht in die Quere kommt. Die Casa Rosa hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Grundstück und eigene Stellplätze. Es gibt für beide Häuser ein Schwimmbad. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Das Kochen für 7 Personen war überhaupt kein Problem. Und das Beste: es gibt eine Spülmaschine. Die organisatorische Betreuung bei Buchung, Anfahrt und Abreise durch die Verwalterin war sehr umsichtig. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass die unglaublich freundliche Eigentümerin in der Nähe gewohnt hat und über Whatsapp super einfach zu erreichen war, sogar als spät am Abend mal das elektrische Gartentor defekt war. Es gab sofort eine Lösung. Vielen Dank an Beatrice für den wunderbaren Auenthalt!

Wunderschönes ruhiges Anwesen in Umbrien

Schöner und unkomplizierter Urlaub: Das Sandsteinhaus ist wunderschön und auch der Garten mit Pool und Pizza Steinofen perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Es ist eher für Leute, die die Ruhe suchen geeignet. Das nächste Restaurant ist ca. 5 Kilometer im Tal erreichbar. Leider war vor uns wohl schon lange kein Mieter mehr im Haus, es war ein bisschen staubig und voller Spinnweben. Auch das Besteck und die Gläser waren ein bisschen angelaufen. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört, wir haben nicht reklamiert sondern selbst kurz Einsatz gezeigt. Dann war alles perfekt. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit. LG Simone mit Familie
