Villa Cenobio I is a characteristic and welcoming two-story cottage made of stone. It sleeps four people. From Villa Cenobio I you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Cenobio I is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 13 km (8.1 miles) from Umbertide, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles) and a grocery store at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Villa Cenobio I from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Cenobio I you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a roof and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Umbrian hills, of the forest and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof and by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with tables, chairs and a gazebo. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio 2
The second patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills.
Top LevelLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has two windows.
Bottom LevelLiving Room 2
The second living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
