The staff were so friendly and helpful! After-hours self-check in was convenient and easy. The place was very quiet, restful, and comfortable. It is not very conveniently located, but it wasn't inconvenient either. Everything in town is reachable by bus or walking.

Pleasant stay in Umea

Solo traveller. Hotel is away from the main town center and is quiet as a result. This may not suit everyone as there is little in the way of eateries nearby. Being attached to an auto service station is not a problem. Good and friendly service from the staff.

Friendly, some nice areas inside

Seems to be related to the gas station in some way, but don't let this put you off! It's in a good location if you want to go forest walking or to the swimming pool, and only a short walk into the middle of town. Inside has some nice 'outdoor' feeling room with a couple of sofas and a TV with books to read.

좋은 점 1. 직원분들이 매우 친절합니다. 기차시간으로 레잇체크아웃이 필요한 상황에 매우 친절하게 처리해 주셨습니다. 2. 중앙역까지 가깝습니다.(도보10분) 3. 아침식사 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 아쉬운점 1. 16시 이후로는 셀프체크인입니다. 사전에 등록을 하지 않고 오면 현장에서 매우 오래걸립니다 : 리셉션운영 09~16시 2. 창문이 실내창문이라(커튼을 열면 식당에 있는 분과 눈이 마주칩니다, 실내창문, 실외 창문 없음).

Billigt och bra som övernattning. Frukosten lämnar en del i övrigt att önska - kokt bacon, trasig kaffemaskin (två dagar i rad) kalla kokta ägg, gammalt bröd, inget svart te och ingen laktosfri mjölk/fil.
