This is the full log cabin sitting directly on Lake Michigan with 22 steps to a private beach that is yours alone for the duration of your stay. It's the kind of place where three generations can spread out under one roof, kids can run between the beach and the loft all day, and the adults can finally relax. Head to downtown Suttons Bay tasting rooms, come back to a driftwood fire as the sun sets over the bay.

Inside you'll find an inviting open floor plan anchored by a large wood-burning stone fireplace. The dining room seats 12 and is surrounded by windows with views of Lake Michigan. The kitchen is fully stocked — plates, pots, pans, and a wine station for bottles you'll pick up at the local wineries.

Main floor: Master suite with king bed and attached bath, plus a half bath. Parents, claim this one early.

Loft: On the opposite side of the cabin from the lake, but open to the main floor below — you can see Lake Michigan by looking across the open mezzanine, through the cabin's tall front windows. 2 queen beds (each with a twin trundle underneath), 1 twin bed, couch, and TV. The kids will call this their territory by day one.

Basement: 2 additional bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), a full bath, a second kitchen, and washer/dryer. Great for grandparents or a second family sharing the trip.

We provide life jackets in all sizes (toddler through adult), kayaks, and paddle boards down at the beach.

We're on M-22, nestled among tall pine trees — easy to miss if you're not looking. Walk out the front door and you're about a mile from downtown Suttons Bay, with its shops, restaurants, and wineries. Cross the street to access the Leelanau Trail, a 17-mile paved path connecting Suttons Bay to Traverse City — the kids love biking it, and it's stroller-friendly too.

Free parking on site, Spectrum Gig Internet, streaming on every TV (Netflix & Disney+ included), Amazon Echo with music in the kitchen. The cabin is a real home, not a rental — we ask guests to treat it the way they'd treat a friend's lake house.

We're available by message anytime during your stay. We live nearby and can help with anything that comes up, but we respect your privacy and won't drop by unannounced.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
