Villa Leana - 4 Bedroom, family friendly inc. pool fence, cook and epic sunsets

Villa Leana is a great villa whether you are a family, a group of friends or a couple looking for a fantastic getaway escape. The villa is located on top of a hill, with uninterrupted views over the cliffs through to the sea and colourful sunsets beyond.

LOCATION
Villa Leana is just 20 minutes’ drive from the airport and only 10 minutes from Jimbaran's restaurants and shops. The local beach is Balangan - just over 8 minutes’ drive away - one of Bali’s great laid back beaches. There are golf courses nearby, super surfing breaks, and cool white sand beaches; making Villa Leana ideal for a visit to Bali.

BEDROOMS
Villa Leana has 4 dedicated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a beautiful king-size double bedroom and a large twin bedroom room on the ground floor (that can easily take a couple more beds) and a super king-size double and a cosy twin bedroom on the first floor; both twins can be made into doubles. We can also add extra bed to any room except the upstairs twin (although the downstairs twin can take 2 extra beds) - or the room located on the lower ground floor, that is set up as a 5th bedroom. It has a communal guest standard bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

Villa Leana's master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and views in three directions across the Bukit area and out to sea. The villa is fully equipped with satellite TV, music players, strong wifi, etc. Villa Leana downstairs bedroom has childrens books, and its own TV and DVD player.

SERVICES
At Villa Leana, water, tea, coffee are provided for free, and other drinks and meals upon request.

Whilst meals and drinks other than tea, coffee and water are not included in the rental price, our in-villa chef can provide any meals you would like during your stay. There is a full menu, with a variety of mostly Indonesian and Balinese meals and drinks available upon request at just the cost of actual groceries plus a villa charge of 20% that goes to cover costs without receipt like transport fuel and maintaining a stock of basic ingredients, with anything left over going to the staff for the extra work.

In addition to the standard menu, special meals such as fresh seafood BBQ; Babi Guling (Balinese Suckling Pig), and Bebek Betutu (Balinese Baked Stuffed Duck) can also be arranged with 24 hours’ notice.

CHILDREN
If you have young children then Villa Leana is really well equipped kids with cots, high chairs, car seats, plastic cutlery and plates etc. Children normally love the fish and turtles in the pond and the guinea pigs in the downstairs garden. At Villa Leana for extra safety we also have a proper pool fence, and stair gates at the villa as well, all included in the price.

There is lots to do with the kids close by including waterparks (Nirmala is a couple of minutes drive away) paddling on the beaches at Jimbaran or Balangan and all the activities of Kuta are just a short drive away. The staff will be happy to help during the day with some child day-care and babysitting can be provided if requested - (*we add a discretionary tip of IDR 50,000/hour for the staff after 7pm when doing these duties).

TRANSPORTATION
We can arrange airport transfers and car/driver hire for you, but these costs are extra to the villa rental total. We use a safe reliable car service with English speaking drivers and the villa is located just 20 mins south of the airport. Please contact us for the current local rate.

Being up on the Bukit means a car or taxi is required to go most places as it is not very comfortable to walk from the villa to any shops, beaches or restaurants. Our villa manager can arrange for car/minivan hire if you wish; alternatively taxis are very easy and quick to arrange and to arrive at the villa. Please contact us for the current local rate.

BEACHES
There are many great beaches a quick drive away inc. Balangan (8 minutes); Jimbaran (10 minutes) and all other beaches around the Bukit are no more than 15 minutes’ drive away (Padang Padang; Geger, Bingin, Dreamland etc.). Some beaches are suitable for swimming, others for paddling or surfing or exploring rock pools.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The family-friendly villa also features concierge services, laundry facilities, and local meal delivery service. The front desk is open around the clock.
