Come experience Summer fun and Amazing Fall Foliage!!! 10 min from ELK MOUNTAIN SKI RESORT, plus excelent GOLF courses, Close to Rail Trail and State Park. 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Chalet features beautiful natural views and overlooks a large nature pond. Perfect for getting away and unwinding. Our Chalet is a high efficiency home with radiant heated floors for warmth and 5 zones cooling system for Summer comfort. Gourmet kitchen and great room with floor to ceiling windows and real stone fireplace.Rear patio overlooks nature and night skies for star gazing with a glass of wine and loved ones. WIFI provided. Many nature trails on site and only 3 miles from Clifford Community Park for Pickle Ball, mile long walking/biking paths, baseball, tennis, basketball and awesome well maintained kids' playground, as well as a short drive to entrance to D and H Rail Trail for bike riding and hiking for all ages. Located just 8 minutes from ELK Mountain Ski Resort for best skiing on East Coast! Creek for fishing, swimming and tubing. Fishing on grounds. Stocked creek. Home is very private, surrounded by trees and nature located down in a glen by a pond and creek. Wild berries grow everywhere for picking. All year-round fun!!! Lakes, state parks, rafting, ski slopes, casino, aquarium, Happy Trails horseback riding, animal parks, water parks, etc nearby. Chalet has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, with private queen master suite. Chalet has a game room with couches and flat screen TV as well as Ping Pong table. This level opens to expansive side yard with horseshoe pit and seating. Large yard areas all around the property for outside games and group activities. Creekside picnic area. Gas firepit and wood firepit on rear deck and patio. Large grill on rear deck with seating, which overlooks the rear lawn, pond and backside of Elk Mountain. Linens and bath towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen. WIFI. Grocery store, pizza, sandwiches, wine and beer shop and Dollar Store for necessities all within 3-5 miles of our home. Perfect for family gatherings, birthday celebrations, reunions, retreats, ski season, romantic or private getaways.
