House with great potential, not what we expected from listing

Wonderful wooded area and excellent location if you want to be away from the beach but still close enough to easily get to the lake. We were disappointed with the pool, outdoor area, and screened in porch, all needing a deep clean and updates. The loft area where kids slept was smaller than expected but overall the inside of the house was nice and the beds comfortable. Overall, we wish the pictures on the listing would have more accurately reflected the condition of the property.
