I left my iPad in the hotel. The staff called me when they found it. Unfortunately, I was 2 hours drive away. I asked an option to pick up one week later on my way back. They kept it and I got my ipad back one week later. I feel the staff is very responsible and trustable.

I think i read that we couldnt leave our pet in the room unattended. So she came with us everywhere but it cost $100 to have her stay with us. We werent in our room very often except at night. So we paid $100 so she could sleep there. Nothing else. I understand and agree with a non refundable fee for the pet but$100? Too much. Not at all happy with this fee.

My mom and I had a great time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was friendly & accommodating, room was clean & quiet, and we had a wonderful evening enjoying the outdoor lounge area with the fire pit & cozy seating! 10/10 would stay here again.

The rooms were clean...only 1 thing the toilet wasn't flushing so my husband fixed it so no problem there! Entering the hotel was pleasant..nice atmosphere..liked the bar also but for $167. per night I think breakfast should of been included. But overall we liked it. This was our 2nd trip staying there
