About this property
Unique Tented Cabin Fully Furnished and Equipped Perfect for Groups or Families in Alberta
Reconnect with friends and family in your Family Big Oak tent at Castle Provincial Park, Alberta.
Your air-conditioned tent includes a king-sized bed and 2 double beds, all with Endy mattresses, a private indoor washroom and a kitchenette. Outside, enjoy the natural surroundings around your private firepit and BBQ area, have a bite to eat at your personal picnic table, or explore the trails, visit the beach, and just live life at your own pace.
Less than 3 hours south of Calgary, Alberta, nestled in the shadow of Table Mountain right on the shores of Beaver Mines Lake, our new location offers the luxuriously comfortable accommodations you expect from Glamping in Alberta with immediate access to the splendor of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
The resort is set on 100+ acres in phases to best preserve the natural environment and ensure our guests are comfortable at every stage. Our Phase I includes canvas cabins, glamping domes, and premium cabins! Our future plans include a lakefront and mountain view yurts and a lodge.
There is a public boat launch opposite the resort within the provincial park.
Come experience Camping Reimagined with us and go glamping in Alberta.
Guest Rudy wrote: First class. A peaceful place to stay in the fall, colors of Castle Mountain Provincial Park are lovely! Excellent service, great value, beautiful quiet setting. The cabin was immaculate and the location was peaceful. Highly recommend for Adventure Motorcycle travel as the showers are hot and the wilderness is stunning.
Guest Jared wrote: We had a lovely experience! The Big Oak tent was clean, spacious and accommodating. With a hot-plate, a griddle, coffee machine and BBQ, plus pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups and glasses. Our site had a picnic table and fire pit, firewood included! Our tent had potable water and a lovely large bathroom and a hot shower! The sheets, blankets and towels were freshly laundered, bed was comfy and the heated blanket under the sheet sure came in handy. A quick walk to the lake for fishing and canoeing was a treat. The views around the lake are stunning and the wildlife spectacular. 100% will stay here again.
