Tastefully designed brand new (built in 2023) 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom 3000 sqft Lakehouse perched up on stunning Canadian Shield sits on 2.5 acres. Facing directly across the lake you can enjoy the best sunsets you'll find in Ontario through the wall of windows, the muskoka room or from the 800 sqft deck that wraps around the front side and back. Located on a peninsula on Spring Lake, the water is sparkling clear and benefits from having 250 ft of shoreline plus 11 acres of crown land directly next to us creating ultimate privacy. This spacious layout is perfect for multi family groups to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Wake up to the still lake and calm setting and enjoy breakfast on the deck, at the table or sitting at the island overlooking the lake views.

Take in the views from up on the deck or enjoy some fun by the water on the dock or waterside deck. There is a picnic table, bbq and umbrella on the deck by the water where you can have lunch. There are a couple of kayaks and a lily pad attached to the dock for the whole family to enjoy. Of course life jackets are there as well for adults and kids.
