Apartment 'Under the Linden' with Shared Terrace, Communal Garden and Wi-Fi
Lippenhof is idyllically situated in a beautiful valley landscape in the heart of the Black Forest. Surrounded by meadows and pastures, right at the edge of the forest, our holiday apartment invites you to relax and unwind from everyday life. From the sunny, quietly located terrace with access to the garden and barbecue area, you can fully enjoy the view of nature. Those of you who want to actively experience nature and enjoy rural life will be enthusiastic about our farm. The farm is located at over 900 meters above sea level and borders fields with beautiful hiking trails. Only 9 km from Villingen-Schwenningen, 19 km from Titisee-Neustadt and 10 km from Triberg, you have numerous options for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing, wellness in the nearby thermal baths, swimming in the lake, forest bathing and fruit picking. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing, cross-country skiing and sledding in Unterkirnach.
The modern apartment, about 85 sqm, accommodates up to 5 people: one bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe, another bedroom with a double bed, single bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious, open living, dining and kitchen area with high-quality kitchen, coffee machine and induction hob. The holiday apartment was built between 2019 and 2020 after the renovation of the listed Lippenhof. The apartment is warm and cosy, thanks to the harmonious combination of old and new, and the use of natural building materials such as Black Forest wood and natural stone. All rooms are non-smoking and offer free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.
