This newly updated 3-bedroom 2- bath home sits on a large corner lot of a quiet street and is a lovely 5-10 walk to the lake, only 1 mile to the boat ramp, 15 minutes to I-20 and 35 minutes to Augusta National Golf Course. Relax on the front porch swing, grill on the back deck, or spend the day on the lake. There is plenty of parking and room for your boats! Sleep cozy in a king bed, bunk bed (double with twin on top), or twin bed with additional pop up twin trundle. Guests will find the perfect setup for a comfortable stay. The property also features a large living room with an additional new queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, microwave, dishwasher, grill, and washer/dryer. Paddle boards are available upon request with small additional fee.
