Il Casale di Nicolò (formerly "Cà Padlin") is located near Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael. It is a spacious and welcoming cottage with a large garden and an external loggia, entirely renovated in a rustic style.
It is an ideal place for a holiday, for families with children who can play outdoors in safety or for anyone who wants to enjoy a moment of privacy and relaxation away from the rhythms of everyday life.

The "Blue Apartment" is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with an original 16th century fireplace, a 70s lounge, a modern and equipped kitchen.
The living room leads to the external loggia, which overlooks the garden and Nicolò's apple tree, which gives the Casale its name.
A small service bathroom completes the ground floor.
From the kitchen a stone staircase leads to the 1st floor to a retro style double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the main bathroom.
This apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
