Country House Il Biroccio was established in 2003 after the careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wild land, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a totally relaxing stay and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, and the nearest town is 10 km away.

The Country House houses 7 flats of various sizes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space and a barbecue at guests' disposal.
The pool is shared with the other guests of the structure, no outsiders are accepted.

The LUPO flat is located in the main farmhouse, on the ground floor, with independent entrance, it is suitable for a couple, or a family with no more than 2 children, it is NOT suitable for 4 adults and consists of: double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom, living area with kitchenette, table, chairs, sideboard and double sofa bed (for children), in addition there is a private outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, shaded, panoramic and fenced, also suitable for guests travelling with their dog. WI.FI.

Guests can use the panoramic swimming pool, the garden and the barbecue.
The swimming pool is only available to guests of the facility.

Occasional dinners are organised.

To reach the property you must drive 1.5 km along a country road.
