The Concept: Privacy and Independence

Anitya is not a hotel; it is a collection of private residences designed for those who seek silence, space, and a personal rhythm. There are no shared lobbies, no breakfast schedules, and no crowds. Each suite features:

Private Terrace: Wake up to hot air balloons gliding across the horizon and views of Ortahisar Castle and Mount Erciyes.

Once a place of worship and daily life centuries ago, these rocks have been meticulously restored by a doctor and an actress, alongside local artisans. We chose to reveal rather than add, preserving the original niches and textures of the cave.
