Otel sahibi, bakımlı, temiz şirin bir otel yapmış. Bölge Çeşme ve Karaburun yol ayrımı olması nedeniyle her yere yakın, merkezi bir konumda ancak konum olarak henüz tam gelişmiş değil. Sahile 100 metre mesafedesiniz, ve bu yazın işletmeler açılınca iyi olacağını düşünüyorum. Çevredeki evler veya boş bakımsız araziler var, yollarda doğalgaz nedeniyle çalışmalar vardı. Bu bölgede henüz restaurant bar gibi başka işletmeler mevcut değil. Birşeyler yemek için Urla merkez veya Gülbahçeye gidebilirsiniz.
