The best part about El Sol is the wonderful staff - very kind and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing - loads of hot water :) The neighborhood is not super quiet if you like to sleep in - it is on a busy street - but also it is close to the main plaza and the view from my bedroom window was spectacular. This is not "The Ritz" but amazing value for the price.
