Pésimo Hoteles.com parece estafa

Señores de Hoteles. Cuando mi mamá llego al hotel (la reserva era para ella) no había ninguna reserva hecha. El Hospedaje no tenía idea de este sitio web. Parece estafa porque sino para que piden que ingrese la tarjeta de crédito completa al momento de la reserva?!
