All shops are located in the immediate vicinity (bakers, Aldi, Netto). A savings bank, Volksbank and pharmacy are within easy walking distance. The bus stop with the daily bus connections to the seaside resorts is 500 meters away. The golf course Balmer See is 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beaches about 30 minutes by car.
The 55 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living, sleeping and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a daylight bathroom. As Aufbettungsmöglichkeit is in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd and 4. Person. Ideal for 2 children. Also there is a LED TV SAT and a SONOS box. Wi-Fi access is available. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer and towels. The exclusive kitchen consists of ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, separate fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (linen included) and a large closet. From there you have direct access to the private terrace (completion spring 2019). The spacious community garden can be shared, a barbecue is available there. On-site parking is planned, bicycles can already be placed.
