They didn’t speak any English which said on Expedia that they do. They tried to charge me twice for the room. I asked the lady for a taxi in the morning and she didn’t help me at all. Shower was full of mildew.

Patagonia Jarke is a quaint property located close to the tourist district of Ushuaia. It's an easy walk to San Matin Avenue and the Harbour. Because of Ushuaia's topography, be prepared to walk up hills, some are quite steep. Then upon arriving at Patagonia, one must walk up to the lobby then up more steps to the rooms. Room was warm so I left the window open. The room had only one outlet and that was in the bathroom. The sound between rooms also carried - fortunately no one was unusually loud. The view was amazing and a nice surprise was finding the bathroom floor was heated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Patagonia Jarke.

This is actually a ZERO STAR review of EXPEDIA. We booked this property through expedia in an emergency situation when a cruise out of Ushuaia Argentina was abruptly cancelled. When we arrived at the property we were told they had NO ROOMS, that our card had been charged and THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND because it was EXPEDIAS FAULT. Now expedia has refused a REFUND. How can I review a hotel I never stayed at! The reception lady was very nice, found us a room at another hotel and called another taxi for us.
