Nice hotel outside of the city

Very good location outside of the city. We had reserve a room with a sea view. Yes it was BUT between us and the sea there is the hotel parking with many cars 😠

The location was fabulous. The property is adjacent to the Beagle Channel. You can walk out and see the birds and shoreline. It is extremely quiet. Management offers a shuttle service to downtown area so if you do not have a rental car you can still get there without relying on a taxi. Even if you use the taxi or uber, the fares are extremely cheap. The breakfast spread was great servicing both European and American foods --Cereal, Toast, Pastries, Deli meats, scrambled egg and bacon by request. The rooms were clean and well maintained. At night you can open your window and hear the sounds of nature. I had a wonderful time. The internet/wifi is also acceptable for this region.

Loved my stay at Tolkeyen Ushuaia Hotel! The views were unreal, right on the Beagle Channel with mountains all around. Super comfy rooms, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was awesome too. If you’re heading to Ushuaia, this place is a must!

El hotel está muy limpio, y el servicio es bueno. Cené en el restaurante y pedí una milanesa de pollo y está estaba cruda. La regresé y no me la cobraron. Tienen trasporte gratuito al centro que son como 20 min, sin embargo cerca no hay nada de tiendas o restaurantes. Y solo tienen 3 horarios en el día de transfer tanto de ida como de regreso y eso limita la movilidad y te ves obligado a usar taxi. Los taxis te cobran como te ven… y importante si bien en la zona hace mucho frío. Pero en las habitaciones la calefacción está muy alto. Quizá cuando llegas está bn después de venir del frío. Pero después de un rato es sofocante el calor.
