The apartment building was put into use in January this year 2023. It is located 100 m from the sea on a beautiful, wide beach. It includes video surveillance, access control systems and many other functions designed to ensure the safety of residents. Rowy lies between the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Gardno, which is part of the Slowinski National Park, on the other. Details: WLAN A playground nearby in the estate. The Slowinski National Park borders Rowy to the north. Along the Baltic coast there is a dune belt with fascinating moving dunes, beautiful lakes, mystical marshes, meadows, heaths and coastal forests.
