Brisa is a spacious and comfortable seaside apartment located in the modern Rezydencja complex in Ustronie Morskie – one of the most peaceful and charming seaside towns along the Polish Baltic coast. The apartment sits in a quiet part of town, just a ten-minute walk from the wide, sandy beach. The way to the sea takes you along a lovely green pedestrian path, making every walk – whether to catch the sunrise or enjoy the evening breeze – a pleasure. Here, you can truly unwind – away from crowds, noise, and rush, but still close to everything you need.

The Brisa apartment is designed for up to five guests and is perfect for a family holiday with children, a romantic escape for two, or a relaxing break for anyone who appreciates space, privacy, and seaside air. The bedroom features a large double bed and a single bed, while the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed. A bright and airy open-plan living space with access to the terrace is perfect for sharing meals, playing games, or simply enjoying quiet moments together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, cooktop, fridge, and full dinnerware set. The apartment also offers a washing machine, high-speed fiber-optic internet, fresh linens, and towels – everything is provided to make your stay effortless. The interior is decorated in a light, modern style that creates a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

Rezydencja is a gated and secure complex that offers seasonal access to a swimming pool, fitness room, and tennis court. Parking is available on site. All of this makes Brisa an ideal place for a relaxed, well-equipped, and private holiday by the sea – the kind that allows you to slow down and breathe in the coastal calm.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. If you`re traveling with a child, we can provide a baby cot for 100 PLN per stay and a high chair for 50 PLN. Pets are also welcome upon prior request – the fee is 150 PLN per stay.
