This spot is very close to the start of the Boilermaker, which is the primary reason we chose this location. Margarita communicated frequently with us before and during the stay.

Clean and tidy place to stay in Utica

My husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to the Boilermaker start line. The apartment was very clean and nicely stocked and organized. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was quick to reply to any questions. The place is very quiet and parking and finding the place was easy. A comfortable, clean place to stay in Utica!

Amazing host

The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again!
