Adequate

The biggest disappointment was interaction with the host. We never met him/her and all communication was via phone call or watts app. Arrival was confusing as we did not know it involved a key safe. There was no information pack. Whilst the accommodation was spotlessly clean a number of things could’ve been better. Missing light bulbs, inability to close double bedroom door (had to prop a chair against it to obtain privacy.) The pool could’ve been cleaner and equipment to help with this was piled behind a bush. Overall whilst we enjoyed our stay these elements caused us some frustrations. Overall rating adequate.
