This place is delightful! Easy check-in, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. My room was excellent and spacious too. I'll stay again sometime!! Highly recommend!

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel's part.

入り口は昭和レトロ満載でしたが、選んでいた部屋はリノベしてあり綺麗な部屋でした。 ・1つ改善してもらえたらうれしいのはドライヤーでした。威力が弱いので。 ・コーヒーや紅茶そしてペットポトルのお水まで用意されていて仕事するには良い部屋だったようです。(同行者) ・水回りの狭さは否めませんがきれいにしてありました。お湯の調整も独立ではなくレバー式にしてもらえたらさらに評価はよくなると思います。 またここによる予定があれば宿はここにしようと思っています。おせわになりました。

エアコンのきかない部屋に案内され、部屋を変えてもらうのに苦労した。 トラブルに対応する際のスタッフの連携が酷いと感じた。 ホテル設備の不良には、しばし遭遇するが、今回のような対応は、初めての体験だった。

お見舞いに便利な距離とアクセスを主に連泊予定でホテルを探したところ、老舗で部屋数も多く当日予約でとれました。ランドリーもありレストランも併設、遅い夕食にいただいた人気の広東麺はスタッフさんが教えて下さった小ライスに野菜餡をのせて中華飯風にいただくのも確かに美味しい具材も豊富で大満足。期間限定で「おつまみプラン」があり好きな2品+飲み物、3品＋飲み物の2プラン、種類も多く魅力的です。
