壁が薄いようで隣室の会話がまともに聞き取れるレベルで驚いたが、予約時に喫煙可の部屋しかなくコメント欄に「もし当日禁煙の部屋に空きがあればそちらに変えて欲しい」旨を記載していたらタバコ臭のない部屋だったのでとても有り難く助かりました。また朝食の女性スタッフも朝早くからテキパキと気働きして気分良く過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

10階以上だったので、往来する車の音も気にならずに眠れました。 フロントの方の対応も普通で良かったです。 ただ、時間内に朝食会場へ行きましたが(8:30)、パンを取ろうとしたら、スタッフの方声かけなく割り込んできて、2台のうち1台のトースターを片付け始めました。 もう1台あるし、早めに片付け始めたかったのかと思いますが、その方の対応だけが残念でした。一言言えばいいのにと思いました。
