POMPELMO: The 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor with independent access.
The house, which develops on a single floor, is composed of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.
The apartment opens onto a magnificent terraced garden, for exclusive use, with rows of lemon, grapefruit and orange plants. A veranda where it is possible to relax and a terrace that gives the possibility of being able to enjoy one's lunch or dinner directly overlooking the valley crown this small but exclusive home.
The house, newly renovated, is located in a complex formed in total by 6 housing units, each independent. In the garden area there are tables, chairs, umbrellas and deck chairs in addition to 2 Jacuzzi hot tubs that can be used exclusively, for a fee from April to October, upon reservation.
Each apartment is supplied with bed, bath and kitchen linen.
Check-in is scheduled from 15:00 onwards. Confirmation of the arrival time is requested. Check-out is set for 10:00. Inside the property there are some parking spaces. Additional free parking spaces are located in the square in front of the access door to the village about 50m from the property. All apartments are supplied with autonomous systems and equipped with LCD TV with Italian and satellite channels, washing machine and dishwasher including the necessary detergents, microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, In the garden area there are also 2 barbecues.
The kitchens are complete with dishes, pots and tablecloths.
Free wifi throughout the property.
The final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the price. The amount must be paid directly at the time of check-out. Upon request, an additional paid cleaning is possible as well as a change of linen. Pets are allowed upon request. The nearest supermarket is located about 2 km away in the municipality of Uzzano.
