The Cottage and Private Fishing Pond in the Vosges
The cottage is set on a landscaped 6,000 m² property with a private fishing pond, in the heart of the Hautes Vosges, surrounded by mountains and close to year-round outdoor activities. Fishing is allowed directly in the pond on a catch-and-release basis. Carp up to 15 kg. Spend your days relaxing and enjoying the peace and greenery reserved just for you. The pavilion is set back from the road, ensuring total tranquility.
Ideal for a family of 3 to 4 people, but not recommended for 4 adults as the only bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain, which limits privacy. The cottage includes a veranda, a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and a small terrace. The relaxation area features a lawn, a large playground for children, and swings. An outdoor fireplace and table are reserved for the cottage. Central gas heating with radiators.
The village center is 1 km away, offering shops and services: supermarket, hardware stores, bakeries, butcher, restaurants, and more. The nearby village provides all amenities. Numerous hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks within 8 km, and alpine ski slopes within 15 km (Haut du Tôt, Rochesson, Gérardmer, La Bresse) are accessible. In summer, enjoy swimming, mountain biking, climbing, and paragliding.
