Summary:
Stay in this cozy mountain getaway located in the Sandstone neighborhood in Vail, Colorado. This loft is located in Sandstone Creek Club, a 62 condominium resort located 5 minutes by bus to the mountain!
If your party is larger than 8 there is also an adjacent lockoff (a king sized bed and an ensuite full bathroom) that is available if you would like to increase the capacity of this condo from 8 to 10 people.
The Space:
This is a 2 story loft style condo with an enclosed master bedroom which shares a 2nd floor bathroom with an open loft area with two side by side full beds. The first floor common area contains a full kitchen, two couches (both with sleeper sofas), a TV, fireplace, and a balcony.
This is a high amenity resort, including an indoor and an outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, racquetball court, and tennis courts which are available during the summer months.
There is a front desk with staff that is available from early in the morning until 11pm at night.
There is also on site laundry located in the basement of this building.
Finally, there is high-speed wifi throughout the building. Please see reception for the wifi password which changes weekly.
Guest Access:
Guests can check in anytime before 11pm and have access to the entire condominium as well as all of the common areas. Check-in after 11pm is possible if coordinated prior to arrival however this does result in a $100 after hours check-in fee.
The Neighborhood:
The Sandstone neighborhood is primarily residential with a few retail establishments within a short walk.
Getting Around:
Vail has an extensive bus-based public transportation system. A car is not required at all although it may be helpful if you wish to ski at another resort for 1-2 days during your stay.

Check-In & Identity Verification Policy
All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:
-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity
-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement
This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.

In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.
* It typically takes ~1 hour to screen a guest after they book this property and could take several hours if we are busy before we are able to provide them with check-in information.
If you make a last minute reservation, we ask you to please be patient and please do not expect to gain access to the property immediately.
Guest Count & Occupancy Policy
Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:
-2 & 3 bedroom units: $35 per guest, per night after 4 or 6 guests, respectively
Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.
Sandstone Creek Club (the resort where this condo is located) has extensive regulations concerning guest behavior. Please read ALL of them prior to arrival. Inattention to them will result in paying more than originally agreed upon.
Sandstone Creek Club is not pet friendly. Guests caught bringing unauthorized pets will be charged $100/day booked.
Sandstone Creek Club charges $100/hr for any late checkouts. Please ensure you are out of the condo no later than 10am.
This is a fully staffed property - there is on site guest reception, cleaners, and maintenance techs. If you have any issues after arrival please reach out to the on site staff for assistance.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.
