Located in East Vail's desirable Booth Creek neighborhood, this spacious 3 bedroom townhome is a perfect mix of convenience and comfort. Floor to ceiling windows upon entering the great room reveal beautiful southern views of the mountains. A fully stocked kitchen makes cooking from home an easy task, bar stools and spacious dining table for 6 create plenty seating. Relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or out on the deck under the aspen trees. The primary suite is upstairs on its own floor and complete with a king bed. A lower level has the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with a second king and 2 sets of bunkbeds, respectively. A bathroom and laundry area are also on this floor. There is assigned parking for one vehicle only.
Across the street from the complex is a large park with tennis courts, playground, and ample green space complete with chairs and picnic tables. East Vail has top notch hiking/biking trails, several trail heads are only a short walk from your front door. Year round, this is an amazing spot in East Vail.

I rated 3 due to the last second parking notification that we had only one stall. Our second vehicle had to be parked “off campus.”I questioned this and was given credit for parking fees which was appreciated however we had to jockey around moving vehicle two to three times a day while there were numerous spots available. Total inconvenience!! !! Had we known this in agreement, we’d gone elsewhere.
